Yes, but in the book, we put ALL restrictions into
smtpd_recipient_restrictions, because that makes it easier to see when
a restriction fires.

There are two schools:

1) put all into smtpd_recipient_restrictions

2) put helo stuff into smtpd_helo_restrictions,
   put client stuff into smtpd_client_restrictions
   etc.
