After updating relay_recipient DB, is restart required?

I apologize in adavance if this is a stupid question, but I've actually read
the documentation and don't find a clear answer.
I have setup a cron job to periodically execute an LDAP query against our
Windows Active Directory and create a new relay_recipients database. My
question is, after updating relay_recipients.db, do I have to stop and
restart PostFix to get it to recognize the updates?
