he can still run procmail as a single user if he has a central maildir
with a single uid/gid and a simple structure. for instance, if the
maildir for fooexample.com is always in /home/mail/example.com/foo/,
then he can pass example.com and foo as args to procmail and configure
his procmailrc to use them.
