aliases, envelope, and rewrite

I apologize in advance for the seemingly simple question. I've read
the docs and even bought the O'Reilly Postfix book, but I can't seem
to put all the techniques together to get what I want working. I
appreciate any and all help/pointers.
If I have an alias that points to 10 different email addresses, how do I also:
a) rewrite the "From:" to a valid address on the outgoing messages? (I
think I've got this one)
b) envelope the message to each individual address in the alias' list?
(rewrite? if so, how?)
c) prevent anyone from outside my domain sending a message to the
alias? (relay control? if so, where and how?)
Again, I do apologize - I realize this is somewhat basic, but for
whatever reason I can't put it all together and get something that
works. I truly appreciate any help provided.
Thanks,
Eric
FYI - sending a subscribe request to majordomo
postfix.org gets a
reply from majordomo
cloud9.net, which doesn't care for the auth code
response. On my first attempt to post this to the list, I immediately
got a BOUNCE message claiming I was attempting an admin function of
address changing on line 8 (what...?)
