Oops, sorry... quite a conversation I'm having with myself here.
Nevermind, I've tested again and found I was misunderstanding
Delivered-to: -- it is indeed updated with the final recipient when
delivering to a local mailbox, just not with the intended destination
when forwarding off the system to a remote address. So I still have no
idea: How can I catch messages outbound only after they've gone through
local delivery that results in a forwarder to a remote destination? Ie.
when the envelope-to: (which I wish were a real header) is not local?
