 Just as an update on this one, guess which path they went down?
Makes you feel like you are banging your head against a brick
wall on occasion :)

 Soon as their M$ contractor appeared, ( several days late, and
yes, I do refuse to admin M$ machines :), all my advice went
completely out of the window.
