Patch 10 has no effect on SPF (*) so perhaps you can follow the
IMPORTANT INFORMATION in the mailing list welcome message, and
provide information as requested in http://www.postfix.org/DEBUG_README.html

(*) Patch 10 fixes one bug in the smtpd_proxy (before filter)
    code and the PCRE map; the other changes are in other programs
    and in library routines that aren't used by the SMTP server.
