No, this is not possible, except for header checks that check the top-most
HELO name added by your server (this is best done with helo checks).

This is not possible at all.

It is not possible to whitelist around header and body checks. Don't use
header/body checks that require whitelists. If you must, use a pre-queue
SMTP proxy filter that rejects content it does not like while taking
the message envelope into account.
