feature request: delayed injection

Hi all,
I am wondering if postfix's sendmail binary could get an option to
specify a time (-d), which would cause the submitted mail to be held
until that time:
sendmail -d '2006-06-06 13:45' < my.msg
Conceptually, this would do nothing more than inject the message
into the deferred queue and touch it with the given date. Then qmgr
would take over.
Would you be interested in supporting such a feature?
