Random deviations from the supported build are unwise. They are
unreproducible. Do not remove the file, add "-I/best/path/to/sasl/include"
to CCARGS (as well as -L/best/best/path/to/sasl/lib, and if necessary
for correct gcc runpath -Wl,-R,/best/...).
