If you have
mynetworks = /etc/postfix/mynetworks
then, /etc/postfix/mynetworks should look like,
10.44.85.23
10.44.85.0/24
192.168.1.1/24
and you don't need 10.44.85.23 if you have 10.44.85.0/24
