Don't know... I think when I set up the machine I thought it was
necessary. Anyhoo I've put everything from the virtual file into
/etc/aliases and it seems to work. Mailman stuff is being processed via
its mailman alias entries so I think that was the trick.

But any other domains I take it I will need virtual aliasing for.
