Can anybody help me out for --data format error.

Hi Everybody,
i m new in this forum so dont know more about posting.
i had configure one server with postfix+cyrus-imap+mysql for virtual hosting

i am able to do telnet www.abc.com 25
and in last i m getting message that

354 End data with <CR><LF>.<CR><LF>
Test on 7th june at 1:57 PM

quit
221 Bye
Connection closed by foreign host.

but now when i try to lookinto /var/log/maillog then i m finding the below
error,

-------------log error------------

data format error. Command output: Yes: Mailbox does not exist

-------------end------------

and i am not getting nothing in to /var/spool/mail
and also there is no any directory in this /var/spool/mail
even not any dir.for rootlocalhost

so can anybody tell me what should i now i check?
