Two points, one minor, the other significant:
1. "Domain.com" is a real Internet domain. Please use example.$TLD
which is reserved for examples in all (?) top-level domains.
2. Without the brackets, MX lookup is performed. This may or may
not be what is wanted. To inhibit MX lookups:
example.com smtp:[mail.example.com]:26
For my personal relayhost from home I publish a "relayhost" MX record,
so your way is how I do it. An advantage of this is that priorities can
be specified.
