just reject them. I know of no real MTA that does so. nor of any current
MUA. Old mozilla|TB used to do so (They since fixed it, though not the
right way). A "sane" MUA must allow the user to define the helo arg
instead of trying to guess it (the sender domain thing was because they
couldn't get the domain name of the machine, mostly on win* platforms).
