Put a check_client_access restriction before reject_rbl_client
to whitelist the client. If you have these restrictions in
smtpd_recipient_restrictions, make sure you place the
check_client_access restriction after reject_unauth_destination.
Otherwise you will effectively grant relay access to the whitelisted
clients.
