The reason is that XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX decide to xxx you because of xxx
being used for xxx.

If you want help, post ___your IP___ and unaltered logs. If not willing,
then ask the admin of XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX or your ISP customer support.
but in no case should you spoof real domains (my.net, mail.org).
