Yes, content-oriented approaches (other than URIBL) are doomed to be
ineffective and hard to maintain. (URIBL is hard to maintain for those
who run the lists, but not for the end user/mail admin.)

I haven't said anything on this thread because I haven't seen any of
this spam ... I bet I'm blocking it with a simple check_helo_access
lookup. If someone will post the headers of one of these, we can
probably show you a simple and safe way to block them using native
Postfix features.
