These are also in your copy of Postfix.

I'd highly recommend IMAP. However, that's a separate issue and not
on-topic here. Choose your IMAP server and consult its documentation
and support forums. Courier-IMAP and Dovecot are popular and good
choices.

There is no reason to get so complicated for a SOHO or home server.
