Certainly. If these are local recipients (delivered on the
same box), see:

If they are a domain relayed to another server:
http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#relay_recipient_maps

Note that wildcard rewrites in virtual_alias_maps or
*canonical_maps interferes with recipient validation; avoid
using wildcards or catch-alls.
