Hi Stu,
there are a few choices for you to pick from . It depends on what the
users need.
For only internal use (with outlook or webmail), www.bynari.com is great.
If you need a portal, there is www.zimbra.com or www.open-xchange.com
zimbra performance is a bit slow still, but if you use the outlook
client, it's fast enough.
Open-Xchange is a portal type setup - it's very nice. It also has full
support for outlook.
