I would recommend the Scalix email server www.scalix.com over Bynari right now. Bynari used to be the standard for Linux based Exchange replacements but they have slipped in the past year. Zimbra and SLOX are great choices if Outlook integration is not a big priority. Both platforms have loads of other features.
