Different filters for different domains

In this example where MX records are used to route mail to 2 different IP
addresses:
http://www.postfix.org/FILTER_README.html#domain_dependent
I'm trying to figure out if the overrides:
-o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
on both interfaces are a recommendation for this type of configuration (for
good reason), or simply an example of something that might be used. In other
words, apart from the benefit one might normally get from use of this
setting (should one have a need to use it here), is there a particular
benefit in this configuration? Specifically I am looking at a configuration
where messages are sent to two different amavisd-new ports.
1.2.3.4:smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
-o content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
-o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
1.2.3.5:smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
-o content_filter=smtp-amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10026
-o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings
Also, I would assume that as in the previous example:
http://www.postfix.org/FILTER_README.html#remote_only
the loopback interface should also be configured, correct?
