-qq option in postfix

Hello,

I have some experience in exim but as it happens I became co-responsible
for another server running postifx. Since we have a problem with an ISP
which sets an unreasonably low limit of concurrent connections (3 if I am
not wrong), I find it beneficial in exim to run the mail server with -qq
option. What it does, is it scans the queue in two passes and delivers
multiple emails to the same domain over a single connection.

I wonder if there is a similar setting in postfix, because the postfix
spends most of its time trying to deliver to this one ISP but this is
difficult given that per day we have to deliver about 2 thousand emails
there. The -qq option in exim is a wonderful tool for this job.

I will appreciate your help if there is something similar in postfix.
Thank you very much in advance!

Warm regards,
