I already told you which settings are missing in main.cf:
broken_sasl_auth_clients = yes
smtpd_sasl_auth_enable = yes
smtpd_sasl_local_domain =
smtpd_sasl_security_options = noanonymous
Add these settings, execute "postfix reload" and verify that the AUTH line
is present.
telnet localhost 25
ehlo localhost
Do you now see an AUTH line?
