This is a Cyrus feature. 8-Bit Characters are not allowed in the Subject
field, and Cyrus doesn't know which Character should be present, so it is
changing all non 7-Bit characters in headers to "X".
This often happens with badly written Clients or web applications that do
not encode the subject correctly. You can't fix it after it happened.
