But how to do this if you're on a relay that does not know about mail
accounts? I.e., we have relays that are only configured with
(domain,destination_mx) tables.

We have thought about redundant mail box hosts in different colocations,
where the relay cluster would always forward mail to the3 destination_mx
as well as to a backup mail box host.

I guess there might be other ways to realize this though.
