This looks like a corrupted queue file in the "maildrop" directory.

This tells you which one.

This should not happen. Don't recall any issues in error fixed in the
cleanup daemon between 2.1.5 and 2.3.3, but the code that cleans up
incomplete queue files has changed a little bit IIRC.

Both issues may be caused by problems outside Postfix.
