I think your configuration is a little "bent", don't know for what reason.
Could it be, that you have your mailbox configuration in the mysql tables
but the domain that you are using is in $mydestination?
Better use a pure virtual domain with virtual delivery, then you should be
able to deliver to the path you have set for your virtual domain.
Do you also see warnings to not designate a domain for two address classes
(virtual_mailbox_domains and mydestination)?
