Sender restriction in postmail

How do i restrict my postfix user to send mail outside our server. I
followed the postfix FAQ/HOWTO for sender restriction. It didn't work for
me.
Ex: mail transaction should be with in the server.not to outside domain.
I am using Postfix + SASL + Mailscanner + Spamassassin.
Please help me to do the same.
