I have been developing in last 3 months a policy daemon. I named it
"ACL Policy Daemon", or just apolicy. Well I think that now it is more
stable and complete and is ready for the hammering of the users of
this list.

The logic behind apolicy is simple, you define some rules, then you
combine them, if all of them matches, apolicy will send an action for
that combination, defined by you to.

Is it possible to Wietse include a link to it in the add-on section of
the web site? I would be very glad.

I based my idea on Squid's ACL system. For a quick start, read this

Suggestions, bug reports, translation of the documentation and ideas
are very welcome!
