Is the domain "mail.domain.com" a domain that you wish to accept mails
for? If not leave mydestination empty as I already posted in my example.

If you do want to accept mails for mail.domain.com, then you should make
mail.domain.com also a relay_domain.

Domains in mydestination are domains where the mail is stored locally on
the server. Relay_domains are accepted and then transferred to another
server (customer or internal exchange, whatever).
