Urgent Help Mails Deferred

Hi guys
With no change, my postfix server started to defer messages from
anyone, this is a extract from log file
Nov 29 14:38:29 pc009 postfix/smtp[29347]: 1500B3245D1:

status=deferred (host 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1] said: 451 4.5.0 Error in

What means that error?
I am using amavis - mysql - postfix and spamassassin.
- version of amavis 1:2.3.3-3
- version of MTA 2.2.10-1ubuntu0.1
