First, my apologies for the Dutch email to the mailinglist earlier, I
overlooked the Reply-To back to the mailinglist. To summarize that post,
the problem hasn't reappeared after I restarted both involved postfixes.

There shouldn't be, both 217.119.224.163 and .164 are directly connected
to an external interface (two separate wall sockets, no local switch)
and to the best of my knowledge, the other end is a switch connected to
a router. But I will check with the ISP to make absolutely sure nothing
funny is happening on that side.
