I personally use amavisd-new+spamass on my "old" addresses along with
RBLs and SAV (please don't flame me about SAV :(

Spam is mitigated on my new addresses by tagging them (notice lists-
postfixadam.gs)....

Also, check http://www.postfix.org/addon.html, it has a much larger
list, though, a larger list is probably not what you want. Michael
pulled out all the good ones from that list.
