I agree with your comments but which rules should I use for the blocking spam.
or which is good software ( Amavis or MailScanner ) or is there better than this.

You can block the vast majority of spam, and many viruses, with the
facilities Postfix provides, without addig anything at all. Once you have
implemented a good set of Postfix rules, ones suited to your site and its
policies, _then_ analyse what’s getting through and figure out the tool to
block it.
