1. Set up decent Postfix rules
2. Make sure you include recipient validation in the above
3. Add greylisting

This should reduce your spam by 85%. No anti-spam software added yet.
You might want to tell us your environment (personal, small company,
big company, etc). If you have few users then you can add sender
verification (this does not work if you are using some kind of mail
proxying). This should decrease spam by another 10%.
