Are you actually able to connect out?
The nmap scan you showed indicates your machine is listening on port
25 (which, it is from here too).
And says nothing of your ability to connect OUT to other MTA's on
port 25.
Check, that (with telnet <host> 25) and see what occurs.
The most likely situation is that your ISP is filtering your port 25
outbound (http://michael.toren.net/code/tcptraceroute/ will help you
figure out who is dropping your packets).
