I did something with tcpdump, and after importing the file in ethereal, it
tells me about checksum errors. I am not good at TCP debugging, but I
guess this has nothing to do with Postfix.

Also, a lot of TCP retransmissions.

I'll check in to that, first time I ever saw such thing. Blast.
