Hello,

I want to run Postfix using an external policy server that is being
called via TCP and that is not under control of the Postfix spawn daemon.

Postfix sends an "450 Server configuration problem" to the client if the
policy server is not available.

Is it possible to fine-tune this behaviour? E.g. to specify a timeout
value for the connection attempt, and a default policy (e.g. 2xx) if the
policy server is not listening?
