good vacation programs do not sent an autoreply if the recipient is not
in the To or CC headers. some reasons:
- avoid sending vacations when the original recipient is a list.
- avoid puzzling the sender ("but I never sent mail to that foobar. must
be another spam...")
- it is not always desirable to expose "internal" aliasing.
