I prefer to have greylisting before the rbls - that way most spam
messages are rejected with a quick local lookup.

This has the positive side-effect that slower remote lookups are kept to
a minimum and only carried out when really necessary. Also reducing the
load on over stretched rbls.

I guess it's down to personal preference! :)
