Show output of "postconf -n" and the loglines where the problem is apparent.

As a shot in the dark, you might want to check the blacklists you are
using. For example, ordb.org has recently gone the way of the dinosaurs,
and if you are still using the rbl, then Postfix might experience long
delays or even timeouts, before a mail is accepted.
