I don't think so.

In the DATA stage, Postfix reads up to 4096 bytes at a time. With
a 60-second time limit per read operation, this breaks only when
the data rate falls under 68 bytes per second. This is not a
problem with dialup, not even with with SLIP over 300 baud.

Postfix was developed on a dialup-connected server, and my server
is currently using its backup dialup connection again, because the
better connection is flakey during some weather patterns.

So, what is the problem with gsm gprs?
