hey all,

i am successfully using postfix for quite a time now, but i do have a
question now with domain reqriting. i am using ldap transportmaps and
ldap recipient maps for my mail relays.

the issue i have now is, that my company gets more and more domains and
i have to list all email addresses, for each person, in the ldap. by now
i have around 15 mail alternate addresses for every person in the ldap.

i have tried to rewrite the domain with canonical maps, but this is not
working, because the loca_recipient_maps over ldap are used before the
canonical rewrite.

is there a possibility to rewrite the domain part, before the recipient
is checked in the ldap?
