check_sender_access actions

Dear List,

Note:
Total newbie in Postfix here! I've been RTFMing mildly; please let me
know in case you think I'm beeing too lazy, ok?

postconf.5.txt says:

        check_sender_access type:table
Search the specified access(5) database for the MAIL
FROM address, domain, parent domains, or localpart,
                and execute the corresponding action.

I'm not sure what kind of "action" I can put inside the file; I don't
see a list of available "standard actions" or how to create a "custom
action"...

I'm trying to replicate a feature found in Exim-3 that allows relay
based on sender address(*); am I in the right direction? is this even
possible in postfix?

[]s & TIA!

(*) I am aware this can be easily abused!
