The LDAP lookup should return a transport:nexthop tuple in accordance
with transport(5).

Wait with LDAP and get your routing working with a flat indexe map
(hash etc) first. When that works, implement the equivalent table
using LDAP. Use "postmap -q" to test your lookups.
