I know this issue of having a mail with only aaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzzaaazzz
in the body was discussed about 2 years ago, and the thread said someone
found the answer but the answer wasn't in the thread.

I am having the same issue with a postfix server. I am not directly saying
postfix is or has a problem, but it has to do something with how it is
configured. When we use a sendmail or qmail as a relay in it's place (even
on the same OS/Machine) the problem goes away.
