I would not trust tools of this type to work correctly in all cases.
The actions of the Postfix "make upgrade" are context dependent, and
the tool simply cannot anticipate actions this should take on systems
other than the one on which "checkinstall" ran. Likewise, I would not
trust it to safely uninstall the software.

Looks like a convenient hack for simple packages, but fragile.
