Well, a lot of my users are still sending email to hotmail users so I need
to be able to deliver mail to hotmail :(

No one who really need e-Mail would use hotmail nowaday anyway but if
you really want to go that way have a look at http://postmaster.msn.com.
We block all hotmail servers for many of our accounts because the only
thing we get from there is Nigeria-Spam and their abuse desk is
nonexsistant to say at least.
